Who is Christina Haxton?
As an experienced Senior Manager and Program Director, Christina was responsible for staff training and development in the health and human services industry for ten years.
In 1996, Christina became a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and co-founded a counseling center where she has helped people find creative solutions to personal and professional challenges.
Since starting her own consulting and training company in 1997, Christina has provided speaking, coaching and training services for managers and executives across industries effectively increasing employee satisfaction, motivation and productivity with her humorous and engaging approach.
Christina has been a horse enthusiast all of her adult life (up until then she was terrified of horses) and recently began competing in reining and local horse shows. She often says she's learned more from horses about trust, respect and listening than she has from all of her experience and education put together.
