What happens in a HorseSense workshop? What kind of workshops do you offer?
Introductory Workshops are a "taste" of what you'd get from a full day workshop. We offer these 2-hour sessions monthly beginning
in March until October, locations vary. Come and experience the Aha! for yourself!
Your company isn't able to attend as a group? No problem! Our workshops for Managers or Leaders are perfect for those who can get out of the office for a day. Private Workshops - Host a workshop at a location of your choice with your group of 12 or more and save 50% on your tuition! Contact Christina@HorseSenseTeamBuilding.com or call (720) 936-2725 to book your workshop today. ~Half-day/3 hour workshops customized to your group's learning objectives and include 2 to 3 activities with one to 3 horses.
~Full-day/6 hour workshops include 3 to 4 activities with 3 to 6 horses. ~We can accommodate groups of 3 to 100, however the ideal group size is 12-14 people. ~A "demonstration" format is available for larger groups, where fewer participants can be "hands on" yet audience participation is encouraged. Perfect for conferences and large meetings or conventions. ~Locations vary based on the needs and desires of your group. ~No horse experience is necessary, all activities are done "on the ground" and no riding is involved. ~Activities can be designed to include those who don't want "hands-on" experience and who want to participate from outside the arena. ~All workshops are co-facilitated by a experienced facilitators and professional horse trainers/instructors. ~Facilitation of individual and team goals and follows a solution-focused, strength-based facilitation model to ensure skills transfer back to work. ~A follow up group coaching session is done telephonically with each group and is included in the workshop fee. Pre- and post-workshop assessment is available. ~Three levels of pricing are available and fees range from $229 to $429 per person depending upon location, number in group and degree of customization.
